SERVICES PROVIDED

• 1:1 consulting and coaching services

All educational content is delivered digitally unless otherwise specified.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

USER OBLIGATIONS

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration and contact information

• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials

• Use services only for lawful business purposes

• Not share, redistribute, or resell course materials or proprietary content

• Attend scheduled consulting sessions or reschedule with 24-hour notice

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All course content, training materials, frameworks, templates, and resources are the exclusive intellectual property of OTOCO BASE WY LC- ALEXLEGRAND -SERIES 75.

You may NOT:

• Record, screenshot, or reproduce materials for distribution

• Share login credentials with others

• Resell or republish our content

PAYMENT TERMS

• All prices are displayed in USD

• Payment is required in full before access to courses or scheduling consulting sessions

• Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

• Late payments may result in service suspension

CONSULTING SESSIONS

• Sessions must be scheduled in advance

• Cancellations require 24-hour notice for rescheduling

• No-shows forfeit the session without refund

• Sessions are conducted via video call unless otherwise arranged

RESULTS DISCLAIMER

AlexLegrand provides education and consulting services. While we teach proven strategies, individual results vary based on implementation, market conditions, and numerous factors beyond our control. We make no guarantees of specific business outcomes or revenue.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

AlexLegrand and OTOCO BASE WY LC- ALEXLEGRAND -SERIES 75 provide services "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Business results or financial outcomes

• Technical issues beyond our control

• Third-party platform changes or restrictions

• Indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during consulting sessions.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate service access for:

• Violation of these terms

• Fraudulent activity

• Abusive behavior toward staff

• Non-payment

MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming.
