DIGITAL TRAINING PROGRAMS
Due to the immediate access nature of digital educational content:
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
• If you are unsatisfied with a training program within 30 days of purchase AND
• You have completed less than 25% of the course content
• You may request a full refund
After 30 Days or 25% Completion:
• All sales are final
• No refunds for downloaded or accessed materials
• No partial refunds for incomplete courses
1:1 CONSULTING SESSIONS
Individual Sessions:
• Full refund if I cancel or fail to attend
• No refund if you cancel with less than 24-hour notice
• Rescheduling allowed with 24+ hour notice
• No-shows forfeit the session without refund
Consulting Packages:
• Refund for unused sessions if cancelled before scheduling
• Prorated refund for unused sessions (minus completed sessions)
• No refund for packages with 50%+ sessions completed
SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
Monthly/Annual Subscriptions:
• Cancel anytime through your account or by emailing [email protected]
• Access continues until the end of current billing period
• No prorated refunds for partial months
• First month eligible for refund under 30-day guarantee (if minimal usage)
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund:
Email [email protected] within the eligible timeframe
Include your order number and date of purchase
Provide reason for refund request
For training programs: Confirm less than 25% completion
REFUND PROCESSING
• Refund requests reviewed within 2-3 business days
• Approved refunds processed within 10 business days
• Refunds issued to original payment method
• Access to materials revoked upon refund approval
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following are non-refundable:
• Custom or personalized consulting work already delivered
• Completed coaching sessions
• Materials downloaded or accessed beyond refund terms
• Third-party fees (payment processing fees may be deducted)
• Special promotions or discounted packages (unless otherwise stated)
CHARGEBACKS
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first:
• Violates these terms
• Results in immediate account termination
• May result in collection action for services rendered
Please contact us first to resolve any billing issues.
EXCEPTIONS AND DISCRETIONARY REFUNDS
We reserve the right to:
• Issue refunds outside these terms for exceptional circumstances
• Evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis
• Offer partial refunds, credits, or alternative solutions
TECHNICAL ISSUES
If you experience technical problems preventing access:

• We will resolve technical issues promptly
• Extended access may be provided for time lost
• Refunds only if issues cannot be resolved
SATISFACTION COMMITMENT
